## About the role

We are hiring for Program Director and Associate Program Director roles as they are an integral part of the Consulting team by playing a key role by building effective client relationships and managing multiple complex Enterprise projects to completion. The roles both require up to 50% travel to client sites.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar quantitative fields
- Experience: 6-10+ years in software, consulting, professional services, or delivery management
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes (Cash Apps, Collections, Deductions) and general financial concepts
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday) or SaaS/PaaS financial modules
- Core Skills: Proven ability in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, and presentation/facilitation
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, ability to negotiate and influence, and experience managing complex stakeholder matrices
