## About the role

The Compounding Inventory Specialist plays a critical role on the Inventory Control team, working within the lab compounding suites to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory used in compounded medications. This role is responsible for verifying product weights, IC SOPs are being followed, ensuring waste is decremented properly, managing inventory movement from reserves into the lab, and maintaining FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices.
