## About the role

The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical laboratory, with a focus on the core laboratory. This role ensures accurate and timely testing, regulatory compliance, quality control, and efficient workflow. The supervisor provides leadership to laboratory staff, facilitates training and competency, and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field required
- Current certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of clinical laboratory experience, preferably in a chemistry and/or hematology laboratory environment
- At least 2 years supervisory or lead technologist experience
- Proficient in laboratory information systems (LIS) and data analysis tools
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
