## About the role

Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Lead, Pharmacy Technician to deliver and coordinate all training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment and pharmacy operations at an assigned site. This role owns the full training lifecycle — scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance — while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

## What they're looking for

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities simultaneously
