## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Manager, Production Scheduling to lead the scheduling team responsible for our non-sterile compounded production. This position manages and develops the site's production schedulers and owns the translation of the production plan into executable compounding schedules that ensure optimal use of labor, materials, and manufacturing capacity to support forecasted demand, customer delivery targets, and inventory objectives.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years experience in at least 1 of the following: Production scheduling, production planning, or resource planning, with demonstrated experience leading or developing others
- Proficient in inventory management concepts with an understanding of the financial and operational implications of planning and scheduling decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, APICS/CPIM certification a plus
- Experience in pharmaceutical or pharmacy production/manufacturing environments a plus
- Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
- Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
