## About the role

Own day-to-day execution of the Audio channel (Podcast, Programmatic/Streaming) and support relaunch and special projects for other offline media (Direct Mail and OOH). This role is an exciting mix of project and campaign management, creative execution & ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. You're the hands-on operator: owning daily budget and performance management, making tactical media calls, and serving as the primary point of contact with our media agency on execution. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in media/marketing/advertising with proven experience owning channel-level budget, pacing, and agency performance management
- Podcast/Radio/Streaming Audio experience is required (with additional Direct Mail and OOH experience preferred)
- Strong project management skills across cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing day-to-day agency relationships and holding partners accountable
- Comfort with audio and direct mail measurement informing creative/media decisions (experience with Podscribe is strongly preferred)
- Strong creative judgment across both performance ad reads and brand content
