## About the role

The Operations Manager, Compounding, is a vital role within our organization, reporting directly to the Head Compounding Pharmacist. This position is responsible for leading a team of compounding professionals and overseeing the daily operations of the compounding department. The successful candidate will ensure that all compounding activities are carried out in strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering) is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- This role will require you to be technician certified within 8 months of their start date
- Can work any shift in the Pharmacy/Fulfillment/Compounding teams. H&H is a 24/7 operation
- Sterile & Non-Sterile Compounding: Experience with both sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures is highly desirable
- Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Materials: Knowledge of safe handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials used in compounding processes
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical compounding
