## About the role

As Operations Manager, Pharmacy, you'll lead, motivate and support the pharmacy team to dispense prescriptions in a mail-order pharmacy environment to our patients. You will oversee our pharmacy team, including hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day operational task oversight. This is an opportunity to promote a safe, efficient, and impactful pharmacy team operating at the core of exceptional patient care, whilst pushing forward what it means to operate a pharmacy in a digital environment.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred) Required
- 5-7 years in a pharmacy supervisory role with experience managing licensed and registered pharmacy technicians Required
- Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy
- Ability to work flexible shift times
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Windows based computer systems
