## About the role

As Procurement Specialist, you’ll manage site purchases of indirect goods and services that meet the operations quality, cost, and timeline requirements. You’ll play a key role in executing the end to end procurement process, which includes, the execution of orders, monitoring inventory levels, and measuring supplier performance.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, operations, or similar role is preferred
- Understanding of procurement software is a plus (Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems)
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to operational excellence
- Strong ability to solve problems and action change
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
