Hims & Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way patients want to be treated today. We are hiring a Product Manager, AI to lead the next generation of AI-powered experiences across our patient experiences. You’ll drive the roadmap for how AI shows up in our consumer journeys - guidance, education, adherence, and ongoing health support.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of Consumer Product Management experience, with substantive experience building applied AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products
- A track record of shipping high-quality consumer experiences that drive engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes
- Familiarity with LLM-based systems (prompting, evaluation, retrieval, tools/agents, reinforcement or feedback loops)
- Strong product sense for consumer guided experiences (e.g., assistants, flows, onboarding, or habit-forming products) and how to keep them intuitive, simple and trustworthy
- Demonstrated ability to define and iterate on metrics, including user-level (activation, retention), system-level (goal completion, latency), and safety/quality metrics
- Background in A/B testing, causal inference, or experimentation platforms for consumer-facing products
