## About the role

Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Learning Manager (West Region) to lead learning and development across our Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role leads learning strategy and execution at scale — owning a regional portfolio of sites, building and developing a high-performing learning team, and driving network-wide programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations
- Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments
- Experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment operations
- Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards as they relate to training and competency assessment
