## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Care Operations team! Our analysts develop a deep understanding of the day-to-day performance of the Care Operations business, using data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive better outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will surface insights that shape key initiatives and process improvements, helping deliver a world-class experience for both patients and providers.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace
- Proven track record in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company, balancing quantitative and qualitative inputs to drive rapid decision-making and execution
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Looker, and Tableau, with experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and synthesize data
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of team members
- Thrives and adapts in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
