## About the role

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all warehouse inbound and inventory operations, Prescription dispense and fulfillment, Non-prescription fulfillment, Outbound Processing, and employees across multiple shifts and functions. You will be a part of the management team, and be a key stakeholder in the company, and have a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in Gilbert, Arizona and will report to the Director of Operations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Master’s Degree
- 10+ years of working experience in a Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment
- 10+ years in a Supervisory/Management role
- 10+ years of OSHA safety experience
- Six Sigma/ Lean Principle experience
- Proven experience leading technically complex projects
