## About the role

The Sr Program Manager, Inventory Control (Pharmacy) is responsible for ensuring the compliant, safe, and auditable management of pharmaceutical disposals, customer returns, and waste within 503A pharmacy operations . This role provides inventory oversight, policy development, and operational guidance to ensure activities align with state and federal pharmacy laws, DEA requirements, environmental regulations , and internal quality standards.

## What they're looking for

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in State of employment (AZ)
- 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical inventory management experience
- Strong working knowledge of 503A regulations, DEA requirements, and state Board of Pharmacy rules
- Experience with pharmaceutical waste handling, medication disposal, and/or returns oversight
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into operational workflows
