## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional experience building production web products with strong full stack skills in React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript (or similar)
- Proven experience delivering scalable, high quality web applications and services in a modern cloud environment
- Experience building and operating third party integrations and asynchronous, event driven workflows (queues, webhooks, retries, idempotency) where correctness and reliability matter
- Proficiency in front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL) and back end technologies (Node.js, Nest.js, PostgresDB, Redis, Amazon SQS)
- Track record of shipping experiment driven features that improved conversion, activation, or retention, comfortable with feature flag systems and experimentation platforms such as GrowthBook, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly
- Fluency in web performance optimization, accessibility, and modern UI engineering, with an eye for presenting complex information clearly and responsibly
