## About the role

We’re seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the design, execution, and strategic direction of complex, ambiguous programs at the group and organizational level. This is a full-time, regular position on our Engineering & Technology team. You’ll operate as a technical integrator across multiple domains — identifying architectural risk, aligning engineering, product, and business priorities, and building the execution frameworks that let the organization scale.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including time operating at the group or organizational level
- Preferred Experience: Background in a highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment, healthtech a plus
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling execution frameworks for programs with ambiguous scope and high risk
- Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture, with the judgment to identify cross-domain risk and influence engineering tradeoffs
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable, multi-team roadmaps, delivering through influence as the default while holding the authority to make hard calls when needed
- A track record of formally mentoring or developing other TPMs, with direct involvement in growing the team through interviewing and sourcing
