## About the role

Access to high-quality musculoskeletal (MSK) care is often fragmented and difficult to navigate. You will solve this by building the engine that powers our physical provider network, directly connecting 20M+ members to best-in-class in-person care. As a foundational member of our Commercial Team, you won't just sell; you will define the provider network strategy for your territory, transforming how major health systems and provider groups partner with Hinge Health to deliver care.

## What they're looking for

- This territory consists of targeted metro regions in the western US. You must reside in this territory to be considered
- Bachelor degree and at least 5 years work experience
- Background in provider sales and/or network development
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare, provider network development / management, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, or digital health
- History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota
- Excellent strategic territory management, prospecting, project management, organization, and communication skills
