## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years in Product Management building consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms
- 4+ years managing a team of Product Managers/Senior Product Managers
- Experience managing foundational platforms at scale, not just owning features
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time)
- Technical fluency, specifically ability to engage deeply on data models, experimentation infrastructure, and system design
