## About the role

Hinge Health is looking for a B2B Email Marketing Associate to join our Demand Generation team and help execute our email strategy across the buyer journey. This role will own the development and execution of email programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across multiple audience segments and sales funnel stages. You’ll bring expertise in audience segmentation, email database strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution to help us deliver more relevant, timely, and effective communications.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in B2B email marketing, healthcare or digital health experience is a plus
- Expertise in full-funnel email marketing strategy and execution, including nurture, promotional, event, product, and content-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of email database management, audience segmentation, and sales funnel stage segmentation
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and turn complex ideas into clear, compelling campaigns
- Comfortable using email marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot, along with Salesforce, basic HTML experience preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
