Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team inside Hardware R&D, focused on the software systems behind a connected medical device experience. This role sits at the intersection of consumer software, connected devices, clinical workflows, and regulated product delivery.

- You are a trusted cross-functional partner who collaborates deeply with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Hardware, Data, and Operations to deliver outcomes, not just ship features
- You are comfortable owning production health and operational excellence in an on-call, continuous delivery environment, and you use data, telemetry, and support signals to continuously improve the system
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
