## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of non-internship full-time professional software development experience
- Experience building and operating production software as a full-stack engineer
- Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, debugging, and frontend development
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and deliver practical solutions incrementally
- Experience making technical decisions across service boundaries and explaining trade-offs clearly
