## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer based in San Francisco or the broader Bay Area to join Hinge Health’s IT & Security team at our San Francisco headquarters. In this hybrid role, you’ll help build the reliable, secure, and scalable technology foundation that enables our people to do their best work.

## What they're looking for

- You are an owner-operator who takes responsibility for systems throughout their lifecycle, from design and implementation through support, measurement, and continuous improvement
- You communicate clearly and calmly with both technical and non-technical partners, especially when diagnosing high-impact issues or navigating competing priorities
- You are a learn-it-all who stays curious about new technologies and is willing to challenge assumptions, test ideas, and improve based on evidence
- You bring a bias toward action and accountability: you make thoughtful tradeoffs, follow through on commitments, and look for creative ways to reduce friction without compromising security or reliability
- You lead at all levels by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and making the systems and processes around you easier for others to use and support
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a comparable infrastructure role supporting a multi-OS environment, with strong experience in macOS
