The Senior Visual Designer on the Brand, Creative & Content Growth Creative team at Hinge Health will lead the visual strategy and design execution for our growth marketing efforts, driving member enrollment through high-impact, memorable brand experiences.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of visual design experience in brand, growth marketing, integrated campaign, or related creative environments
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work across digital channels such as web, email, paid media, landing pages, direct mail, and brand storytelling
- Experience leading visual strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, or member-facing go-to-market initiatives
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building or evolving design systems, templates, and component libraries
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content stakeholders and using performance data or experimentation results to inform creative decisions
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, and/or consumer subscription
