## About the role

Hinge Health is the leader in Digital Physical Therapy and we are expanding to new areas outside of physical therapy. In May we launched the new Migraine product line , and now we are building a new team from scratch for a Gastrointestinal (GI) product line. GI is a $135B market in the US alone and after the acquisition of Cylinder Health , we are in a great position to rapidly build new products in the GI space.

## What they're looking for

- 0->1 Builder : We are looking for an engineer with a track record of building brand new products from scratch
- AI-Driven development : You have been using the latest AI software development techniques (ex: teams of AI Agents) and continuously look for new AI techniques that can improve your productivity
- You move fast , know how to balance innovation vs reuse, and deliver clear business results
- Hands-on engineer : You’re reading and writing code across the tech stack (e.g., React Native, BFF/full-stack web, GraphQL, AI Agents, Computer Vision, Medical Device Integration, etc), and you use that fluency to coach, review, and set technical direction
- Experiment-driven operator : You think in terms of hypotheses, sample sizes, and decision rules, and you can run a dense A/B experimentation roadmap without sacrificing quality
- Team mentor and collaborator : You enjoy leveling up a strong but more junior team through pairing, code reviews, design discussions, and clear written communication
