## About the role

Lead deployment planning and execution for provider customers end-to-end—owning timelines, scope, risk management, and ensuring successful go-live across diverse health system environments Partner with customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows, clinical requirements, organizational constraints, and strategic goals—translating them into clear, actionable deployment designs

## What they're looking for

- Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role working with enterprise or healthcare customers
- Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems—either from direct experience working in health systems or from implementing solutions in provider environments
- Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across clinical, operational, IT, and executive levels—navigating competing priorities and building alignment
- Excellent communication skills, especially in translating between business and technical audiences—able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Strong problem-solving skills with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve and challenges are novel
- Track record of driving execution and delivering results across cross-functional teams—demonstrating ownership, accountability, and ability to move projects forward despite obstacles
