## About the role

Lead deployment planning and execution for payor customers , ensuring clear timelines, ownership, milestones, and successful implementation outcomes Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business priorities, operational workflows, compliance considerations, and implementation constraints, then translate them into actionable deployment plans

## What they're looking for

- Experience in deployment, implementation, customer success, strategic operations, consulting, or a related customer facing role, ideally with enterprise or healthcare customers
- Strong understanding of payor-side healthcare workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics, either through direct experience in health plans or through customer facing implementation work in payor environments
- Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across operations, clinical programs, IT, compliance, and executive functions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between customer goals, operational realities, and internal execution plans
- Strong project leadership and problem solving skills, especially in fast moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is common
