## About the role

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Director, Events Strategy & Experiences to build an experience-led events function that drives measurable business growth. You will set the vision for how events support account-based marketing, deepen customer and executive relationships, and contribute to pipeline.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience leading event or experiential marketing at a strategic level, with ownership of program direction and business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A track record of designing and delivering differentiated, high-impact client and executive experiences
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated success connecting events to pipeline, revenue, and other measurable business outcomes
- B2B marketing experience in SaaS, healthcare, professional services, or technology
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and automations for targeting, personalization, synthesis, and follow-up
