## About the role

Hippocratic AI is looking for a Lead Product Data Analyst to drive company-wide product strategy and quantify the clinical, operational, and financial impact of our healthcare AI platform. This isn't a dashboarding role — you will establish the foundational measurement and evaluation strategy for AI clinical agents at scale, including critic frameworks, safety baselines, and quality criteria across all product lines. ## What they're looking for

- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in product analytics, product strategy, data analytics, business strategy, or management consulting within high-growth tech or healthcare environments
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related)
- Advanced SQL and demonstrated ability to independently analyze large, complex datasets, working Python proficiency preferred
- Track record of driving executive consensus and directly influencing company-wide product strategy, roadmaps, and capital allocation using data
- Experience with product analytics/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
- Design analytical approaches to evaluate product changes and program impact — including in real-world settings where randomized experiments aren't possible
