## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in federal business development, capture management, proposal management, or account management, with direct, substantive exposure to VA and/or HHS
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with both government stakeholders and prime contractor/channel partners
- Strong written communication skills, with direct experience drafting proposal content, capability statements, or executive-level relationship and positioning materials
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to operate with minimal oversight in a small, fast-moving team building a new function from the ground up
- BA or BS Required
- Existing relationships within VHA and/or VBA leadership or program offices, and/or within NIH, FDA, CMS, or Indian Health Service
