## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years selling into your target segment (biotech, medtech, or pharma) or related enterprise healthcare/life sciences accounts
- Proven track record closing large enterprise deals ($500K–$2M+ ACV) with companies in your segment, with quota-carrying history at ~$3M+ ARR per year
- Experience selling complex solutions (consulting, SaaS, AI/ML) that require creative structuring, multi-stakeholder alignment, and bespoke solution design
- VP-level enterprise seller with demonstrated ability to navigate C-suite and executive relationships, own accounts from cold outreach through close, and operate independently
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, translate between business and clinical contexts, and influence senior stakeholders
