## About the role

The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will own strategic initiatives focused on scaling Hive’s growth across the organization. This is a full-cycle role where the Associate will be expected to generate high-impact initiatives and see them through effective execution. The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will have the opportunity to engage with leaders across all teams at Hive, including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance and Operations.

## What they're looking for

- You have a Bachelor's degree from a top university (quantitative discipline is preferred)
- You have 2 - 4 years of work experience at a leading investment banking or consulting organization
