## About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Associate Counsel to join our growing Legal Team. As Associate Counsel, you will provide legal advice and help ensure efficiency in legal processes and operations. Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to support a broad range of legal work, including contract drafting and negotiation, deal execution, regulatory filings, legal research, fund formation and maintenance and various special projects. ## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in private practice and/or in the Finance sector
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York State Bar Association
- Knowledge of digital assets is preferred but not essential
- Sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
