## About the role

This is a multifaceted operations role that sits at the intersection of trading, finance, risk, compliance, and technology. The Director of Operations should be persistent and proactive in finding ways to improve our institutional-grade operating model and tech stack. While this role is strategic in many ways, it is also a tactical, hands-on role, providing coverage and support for our 24/7 trading and investment operations. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in operations, middle/back office, or trading operations at a financial institution, with a track record of increasing scope and responsibility
- Institutional rigor and expertise across the full trade lifecycle in traditional and/or digital asset markets, including settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and operational controls
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operational frameworks, systems, and processes from the ground up
- Strong track record managing complex counterparty relationships and leading negotiations with prime brokers, exchanges, custodians, and banking partners
- Exceptional judgment and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant ambiguity
- Advanced Excel skills required, familiarity with SQL, Python, or other technical skills strongly preferred
