## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, performance marketing, advertising, product growth, or a related field
- Evidence that you've personally built things — websites, prototypes, products, workflows, internal tools, reporting systems, or other working solutions
- Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social, particularly Google Ads and Meta
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion optimization, funnel performance, and growth measurement
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to diagnose problems and make decisions
- Demonstrated use of AI to build or create — beyond basic copywriting, research, or reporting
