## About the role

As our Local Growth Lead, you will build and scale Honey Homes’ hyperlocal growth engine across every market we serve. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, field marketing and local brand building. Your job is to develop a scalable local acquisition engine that drives neighborhood density, builds trust within communities, and turns local awareness into measurable member growth.

## What they're looking for

- We’re seeking an experienced operator with 3-5 years of experience across growth, partnerships, field marketing, community, business development, brand activations, or local market expansion
