- 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales capacity, working with customers of insurance or B2B technology products
- Comfort coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Hunger to support partners through the full deal journey (submission, underwriting, quote, policy refinement, and bind)
- Keen ability to quickly develop rapport with partners and identify the drivers that will maximize success on a diverse variety of deal
