## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Counsel, Enterprise located in New York to support a high volume of commercial transactions across our enterprise Sales, Channel/Alliances, and Customer Success teams. This role is well-suited for someone with 6-10 years of experience in SaaS or technology contracting who is looking to deepen their in-house experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

## What they're looking for

- J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school, admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 6-10 years of relevant experience at in-house, with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions
- Negotiating SaaS or cloud-based software agreements (customer and, ideally, partner/channel deals)
- Data protection/security issues in commercial contracts (e.g., DPAs, security exhibits, incident response, audit rights)
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to give succinct, actionable advice to non-lawyers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
