## About the role

As Director, Product Management (Platform), you own the vision and strategy for the Core Platform at Housecall Pro. Your portfolio spans the foundational capabilities that product and engineering teams, partners, and AI agents build on, including identity and access management, APIs, data and search, developer experience, infrastructure, and our AI Software Factory.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in product leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities
- Proven track record of leading platform product teams and launching or scaling shared capabilities used across multiple products, teams, or customer experiences
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, developer tooling, and technical tradeoffs, with the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users, including defining how their work is evaluated
