## About the role

As a Director, Product Management, you lead our PLG strategy and execution across the full customer journey from acquisition through onboarding and retention. You own the product experiences and surfaces that drive how Pros discover, evaluate, adopt, and ultimately achieve success on HCP. You set the vision and drive execution to grow the business through product initiatives tightly aligned to GTM and customer LTV outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- Native fluency using AI throughout the product development lifecycle, including research, solution options, prototyping, evaluation, and iteration
- Proven experience building and launching product-led growth motions end-to-end across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Strongly preferred: direct experience delivering AI and/or agentic GTM solutions
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS environments
- 3+ years in product leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record of delivering growth with measurable revenue impact
