## About the role

As the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you own a meaningful media budget and lead a portfolio of performance marketing channels focused primarily on demand generation programs that create net-new demand and awareness among our target audience. You set strategy, manage budget allocation, lead a team of performance marketers, and optimize campaigns across channels including paid social, direct mail, creator and influencer marketing, affiliate, and other emerging acquisition strategies.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing marketing professionals
- Strong expertise in paid social advertising platforms and performance marketing tools (i.e. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong analytical fluency across full-funnel marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, attribution, testing, and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
