As a Senior Product Manager I, you drive product strategy and execution for AI-powered experiences that help home service professionals run better businesses. You identify high-value Pro workflows, translate them into useful AI product experiences, and deliver measurable customer and business impact.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, including a proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- Experience building AI-powered products, automation, assistants, copilots, agents, search, recommendation systems, workflow software, or other technically complex products
- Technical fluency with AI product concepts including large language model capabilities and constraints, model behavior, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, reliability, latency, cost, and safety
- Experience defining product metrics, evaluations, quality measures, adoption funnels, and feedback loops for products where success depends on both user behavior and system performance
- Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, user experience principles, and product analytics
- Experience with product analytics and growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly...)
