## About the role

As a Senior Product Manager II, you are responsible for driving net new customer acquisition, onboarding and adoption of HCP Products, and customer retention through growth product work. You work daily with our engineering and design teams and other stakeholders to identify the right problems to solve, execute quickly against hypotheses, and measure and iterate on our work until we achieve our goals.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch, particularly prior growth or PLG experience, experience building AI/agentic PLG experiences a plus
- Experience with growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly) and experimentation
- Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience best practices
- Demonstrated ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute effectively
