## About the role

As a Senior Staff Product Manager, AI Software Factory, you set the product strategy and lead execution for the shared systems that help Housecall Pro teams build, test, release, and operate software with AI. Your direct customers are product and engineering teams, and your work changes how software is built across HCP.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of setting strategy and delivering complex technical or platform products across multiple teams
- Proven experience setting direction for a developer or internal platform and driving adoption across multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-team work and make decisions without relying on formal authority
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users, including designing and running evaluations of agent behavior and work quality
- Technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, and technical tradeoffs, with the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
