## About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing Lead to define and advance the organization’s approach to managing contract manufacturers and critical suppliers. This role establishes supplier governance and commercial standards, leads complex sourcing and negotiation strategies, and provides senior oversight for supplier performance, operational readiness, risk, and continuous improvement.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline, advanced degree preferred
- Typically 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, supply chain, contract manufacturing, or related fields
- Demonstrated record of leading complex supplier strategies, contract manufacturing governance, supplier performance, negotiations, and commercial decisions while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of contract manufacturing business models, supplier relationship management, commercial agreements, and manufacturing operations
- Exceptional communication, coaching, negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within industrial equipment, manufacturing, printing, or technology industries
