We’re hiring a Growth Lead to help HUD meet the right people and evangelize our vision . This is the most unique role at HUD as “right people” could mean Telling HUD’s story and getting people excited about our vision through worldbuilding

## What they're looking for

- Genuine excitement about frontier models and telling HUD’s story - explain your interest in detail under “Why are you interested in working at HUD?”
- Experience finding and connecting with people in any context (e.g., recruiting or GTM)
- Strong soft skills - well-spoken, probably extraverted, and good at reading people
- Desire to learn recruiting, marketing and events, GTM, or any other function that could evolve from this role
- Early-stage startup experience with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
