## What they're looking for

- Maintain efficiency. You’ll ensure your team delivers high-impact work efficiently by focusing on outcomes over outputs. You push your team to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly on feedback
- Champion agentic AI. Hudl has adopted agentic engineering practices throughout our software development lifecycle. You'll think agent-first to accelerate software development and coach your team and peers to do the same
- Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL , C#, React, MongoDB and AWS. Adjacent languages, frameworks and services used at scale are also relevant experiences
- Video encoding and storage experience. If you’ve used tools like ffmpeg, or video livestreaming protocols like HLS, RTMP, SRT or similar, that’s a plus
- Sports industry knowledge. You’ve worked in sports technology for a high level college or professional American football team, or you’ve played the sport at those levels
