## What they're looking for

- Fluent in automation and scripting. You have 5+ years using code to eliminate manual work, with strong proficiency in Python and working comfort in SQL
- Deep knowledge of AWS. You have hands-on experience with AWS, its pricing and cost models, and committed-use strategies like Reserved Instances and Savings Plans
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You can walk into an undefined problem, research it, define a path forward in a formal pitch, and manage it to completion using Scrum or Kanban in Jira, all without waiting to be told how
- AI-forward. You use AI to make yourself and others faster, sharper, and more well-rounded. That's a requirement here, not a novelty. Experience with the Claude ecosystem is a plus
