## About the role

The Finance team is scaling the systems that run our business, and we're looking for a Financial Systems Manager to own and elevate our financial systems ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Engineering, you'll be the subject matter expert for NetSuite and the connected stack of tools that power our order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.

## What they're looking for

- Roughly 6-8 years of experience in financial systems, with deep hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration expertise
- Solid understanding of core accounting and finance processes (month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) and how systems support them
- Hands-on experience with connected finance systems such as Ramp, Coupa, Avalara, Stripe, and FloQast, plus integrating them with NetSuite
- Experience applying AI to finance or systems workflows, with an interest in building toward an AI-forward finance function
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery
- Comfort using a ticketing system (e.g., Jira) to manage work, intake, and stakeholder requests
