## About the role

As a member of the onboarding team, you will support the setup and launch of our new clients' 401(k) plans here at Human Interest! You'll be on the front lines with our new clients, working with a wide variety of companies (anything from the local plumber to the nationwide robotics firm), helping them set up and launch their new 401(k) plans. You'll own keeping the sales activation process on-track while ensuring that customers are engaged and happy.

## What they're looking for

- Possess knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly in 401(k) plans
- 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry
- A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
- Energy and passion- the concept of onboarding 40-50+ customers a month excites you - velocity is everything!
- A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
- Excellent organizational skills, are able juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
