## About the role

The Lead Project Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing large, complex, and highly visible programs that span multiple workstreams, business areas, and stakeholders. This role drives program execution, executive alignment, governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while mentoring project managers and elevating overall PMO delivery capabilities.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience , including direct leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority , building alignment and driving accountability across business, operational, and technology stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs , including governance, risk management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and executive communications
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen , with a proven ability to align program execution to organizational objectives and measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , including experience presenting to senior leaders, facilitating decision-making, and providing executive-level reporting and recommendations
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required
